Attorney Lowe was born in the impoverished Chicago suburb of Harvey, IL, and is no stranger to the law. Although he managed to earn his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, his journey was not that of the typical lawyer. As a child, Attorney Lowe found himself in poverty, surrounded by drug dealing and gang violence. However, with hard work, persistence and perseverance, Attorney Lowe was able to make it from his impoverished beginnings to becoming a member of the Texas State Bar.
As an undergraduate student at Western Illinois University, Attorney Lowe joined Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated in which he served as the Vice President, chairing multiple events such as the March of Dimes, Voter’s Registration Drives, and other philanthropy and social awareness events. He received multiple awards ranging from the the University’s Certificate of Appreciation to the Co-Sponsored Event of the Year. As a law student, Attorney Lowe continued his streak of success, making the Dean’s List the majority of the semesters he was enrolled, graduating in the Top 1/3 of his class, being involved with the South Texas College of Law Mock Trial Team (which was part of a program that ranked as the sixth best in the nation), and winning various other awards and honors.
Attorney Lowe now utilizes his experiences to relate to and advocate passionately on behalf of clients from all environments no matter where they are from, what they look like, or what their preferences may be. Attorney Lowe can relate to the feeling of being under the scrutiny of Prosecutors as well as the pressure you may feel before a Family Law Judge. Attorney Lowe knows the importance of communication and being understood, no matter the situation your are in, and that is why Lowe Law, PLLC is a law firm like no other law firm in Houston dedicated to its motto of being: “Counsel That TRULY CARES.”
